KALI Yantra 10 Print
KALI Yantra 10 Print

KALI Yantra 10 Print on Canvas 16"x16"

The Sri yantra conceived as a place of spiritual pilgrimage. It is a representation of the cosmos at the macrocosmic level and of the human body at the microcosmic level ( each of the circuits correspond to a chakra of the body ) .
YANTRAS – DEFINITION : Traditionally such symbols are used in Eastern mysticism to balance the mind or focus it on spiritual concepts. The act of wearing, depicting, displaying, and/or concentrating on a yantra is held to have spiritual or astrological or magical benefits. A yantra is a visual mantra ( a verbal repetition usually a positive affirmation). It is a symbol or icon particularly of a Goddess (Devi) in geometric form. When we focus upon a yantra mandala, the mind begins to resonate with the energy relevant to the particular deity. As the mind tunes in, or resonates to these energies higher awareness or consciousness is said to be obtained – thus yantra mandalas are seen as an avenue of higher understanding, or enlightenment. This is not gained from the yantra mandala itself, rather this is simply a vehicle or tool for access to higher awareness.

KUSUM SAROVAR India

Kusum Sarovar India  is about 450 ft long and 60 ft deep. It is surrounded by stairs from all the four sides. There are many Kadamba trees planted around the sarovar. It is believed that the sarovar got its name from one of the friends of Radha whose name was Kusum. It is also said that Lord Krishna used to collect flowers and  make garlands for Radha here. The old pond was restructured by King Veer Singh of Madhya Pradesh in the start of 17th century.Later on King Surajmal renovated this and gave it a beautiful and artistic shape. King Jawahar Singh had got very aesthetic domes created in the west of the sarovar in the remembrance of his father King Surajmal and three mothers named Kishori, Hansiya and Lakshmi. The main dome is of King Surajmal which depicts the events from his life and the various leela of Lord Krishna.
